Chris and the HA Interactive team know that today’s business challenges demand solutions that cross the boundaries of traditional media silos, but the story you tell has to be contextual to the medium in which you’re telling it. The goal is to generate more ideas and develop better solutions, and to do it more efficiently than anyone else can. In 2006, Chris spearheaded the development of HAX, the Hornall Anderson Experience Lab. Part mad scientist’s lab, part artist’s studio, part duct tape, HAX allows us to explore the infinite possibilities of experience design in the built environment. It is a unique space (and mindset) that allows our team to ideate and rapidly prototype solutions to the challenges we have and the challenges we want to have. This exciting venture has led the team across multiple projects including Madison Square Garden, Sears Tower, Microsoft, T-Mobile, HTC, GE, and The Empire State Building. After only four years of creating interactive built environments, Chris and team are taking on one of the most iconic buildings in the world, the Sydney Opera House.
